Using Essential Oils Topically
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that have powerful healing and therapeutic benefits. They can be applied to the skin but it is best to first dilute the essential oils with a carrier oil before putting onto your skin. Essential oils are fat soluble by nature so they are able to pass through the fats and tissues of the body.
For this recipe, we are using a 10 ml glass roller bottle. For the carrier oil I like to use jojoba oil in my roller blends but you can choice your base oil of choice.
