Pumpkin spice season is here, are you a lover or a hater? Haters move aside because the craze has started whether you like it or not. Give this DIY Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Room Spray recipe a try and create a cozy fall scented home.
While I love diffusing fall aromas like Cinnamon, Sweet Orange, Ginger, and Clove, I also like to have room spray available for when I need to quickly create a fresh smell. Room sprays are also simple to make without chemicals and lingering toxins. Essential oil room sprays will also not last as long as the premade air fresheners because essential oils evaporate fast.
Here is a blend of spicy essential oils to get the seasonal aroma of pumpkin spice into the air. Spray in you home right before visitors arrive or have available in the guest bathroom for your visitors to use.
Directions: Add essential oils and grain alcohol to the spray bottle, fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. Shake well and spritz in room to enhance the aroma. If you prefer not to use the grain alcohol, use spray up in about 2 weeks.

Adjust the essential oils as needed to fit your collection that you have. Don't have cinnamon, try Cassia essential oil. Don't have cardamom, add a few more drops of ginger. Get creative and work with what you got!
